ALD-550 High-performance Vector Inverter

ALD550 high-performance vector inverter is specially developed for fans, water pumps, assembly lines, machine tools, small air compressors and conveying machinery. It is a general heavy-duty frequency converter. With strong overall compatibility, it matches three-phase asynchronous motors and features stable voltage regulation and speed adjustment. It complies with industrial voltage standards of many countries at home and overseas, widely adopted for energy-saving renovation and original equipment matching in small and medium-sized factories.

4. Momentary power loss ride-through: When instantaneous power failure or voltage drop occurs, rely on load feedback energy to compensate DC bus voltage and maintain continuous operation for a short time

5. Open-loop vector control for synchronous motors: Drive PMSM without encoder, reduce supporting cost of synchronous motor systems

6. Dual parameter backup & restore: Support restoring factory default parameters and user self-saved parameters, avoid permanent parameter loss caused by wrong commissioning operation

Communication & Supporting Software

1. Self-developed RS485 field bus protocol built-in, support bus communication expansion to connect all kinds of peripheral industrial control equipment

Braking Unit Configuration

Models 0.75kW~18.5kW are standard equipped with built-in braking unit; 22kW~37kW models support optional built-in braking unit. Dynamic braking can be realized only by connecting matched external braking resistor, no extra external braking cabinet required to save installation space.
